We offer a 30 day warranty for all products found to be defective or perform outside of specifications. Please request a return of merchandise authorization (RMA) before returning a product by emailing info@momentumoptics.com. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned items.
Pricing is determined by a number of factors such as depth (sag) of the part, symmetry, material, selected tolerances, and desired turnaround. We aim to be as transparent as possible.
